Areas We Serve
Wealth Management Across Northeast Florida & Coastal Georgia
Local Guidance. Personalized Planning. A Fiduciary Approach.
The years leading up to retirement, and the years after it begins, bring decisions that are hard to undo. When to retire. How much to draw from your accounts. How much risk still makes sense. Those questions are easier to work through with someone who knows your goals and is nearby.
SBC Wealth Management helps pre-retirees and retirees across Northeast Florida and Coastal Georgia with personalized financial planning, active portfolio management, and ongoing fiduciary guidance. Our main office is in Yulee, Florida, and we also meet clients by appointment in Jacksonville, Orange Park, and St. Simons Island, Georgia.
Whether you’ve lived here for decades or just moved to the area, we start in the same place: your goals, your timeline, and how much risk you’re comfortable taking.
Helping Families Throughout Northeast Florida & Coastal Georgia
Where you live shapes the financial decisions you face. Property taxes, home and living costs, Florida’s and Georgia’s different state tax rules, and how close you want to be to children and grandchildren all play a part in how much income you’ll need and how your investments should support it.
Each community page below looks at those local considerations and shows you the most convenient place to meet with us.

Our Florida Service Areas
Yulee, Florida
Home of Our Main Office
Yulee is home to SBC Wealth Management’s main office, a short drive for families across Nassau County. Many Yulee residents have spent careers with local public employers or commuting into Jacksonville, and they reach retirement with pensions, workplace plans, and savings that need to work together.
We help you see how those pieces fit, decide how to draw income from them, and keep your investments aligned with your goals through regular reviews.

Wildlight, Florida
Our Office Is Right Here in the Community
Wildlight is one of Nassau County’s newest communities, and our main office sits in its Town Center. Many residents are new to Florida, including retirees settling into Del Webb Wildlight, and they’re often bringing accounts from another state and a new set of costs to plan around.
We help you take stock of what you’ve brought with you, understand how Florida changes your picture, and build a plan you can review with us as your new chapter takes shape.

Fernandina Beach & Amelia Island
Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island draw both longtime residents and people relocating for retirement. Coastal living brings its own financial questions, from property and upkeep costs to travel plans and helping family.
We help you weigh those priorities within a personalized financial plan. Our Yulee office is a short drive across the Shave Bridge (A1A), so local fiduciary guidance and ongoing reviews stay close to home.
Callahan, Florida
For Callahan and western Nassau County residents, meeting with an advisor doesn’t have to mean driving into Jacksonville. Our Yulee office serves families throughout the county.
We help you look at your savings, investments, and retirement income sources together. Clear explanations and regular reviews support informed decisions as your focus shifts from building wealth to using it.

Financial Guidance Built Around Your Questions
You Don’t Have to Figure Everything Out on Your Own
Your investments, retirement income, and everyday spending decisions are connected. We help you see those connections and make choices that fit one personalized plan.
How does SBC Wealth Management connect my financial plan with my investments?
Your plan comes first. We start with your goals, timeline, income needs, and how much risk you’re comfortable taking. Those details guide the choice of a professionally managed model portfolio built by third-party investment managers. At each review, we check that your investments still match your plan and recommend changes when your goals or circumstances shift.
What does fiduciary guidance mean for my investment decisions?
As a fiduciary, SBC Wealth Management must act in your best interest and put your interests ahead of its own. Recommendations start with your goals and circumstances, and we explain the reasoning behind them, including costs and any potential conflicts, before you decide. You should always understand why a recommendation is being made.
How can you help me prepare to draw income from my retirement accounts?
We start by looking at what you’ll need each month and where that income may come from, such as Social Security, a pension, savings, and investment accounts. Then we consider the order and timing of withdrawals alongside how your investments are allocated. For tax questions, we work alongside your tax professional, since SBC Wealth Management doesn’t give tax advice.
What does ongoing investment oversight include?
Your account is monitored on an ongoing basis to confirm it stays aligned with your selected model portfolio, your objectives, and your comfort with risk. Additional reviews can happen after significant market events or changes in your life. You also receive account statements at least quarterly directly from the custodian that holds your assets.
What happens to my financial plan when my life changes?
We review it with you. A new retirement date, a move, an inheritance, a health change, or the loss of a spouse can all change what your plan needs to do. When something changes, let us know. We’ll talk through how it affects your goals and recommend adjustments to your plan or investments when appropriate.
Do I need to live near one of your offices to work with SBC Wealth Management?
No. You can meet with us in person at our main office in Yulee or by appointment in Jacksonville, Orange Park, or St. Simons Island. Many clients also handle reviews by phone. If you live elsewhere in Northeast Florida or Coastal Georgia, call us and we’ll find the most convenient option.
Why Families Choose SBC Wealth Management
